Terms & conditions

  1. The Science of Success is a year-long personal development programme provided by Evolve Business Performance Ltd.
  2. The service consists of five advanced personal development programmes with workbooks, CD’s and DVD’s (Born Rich and Winners Image only), with structured tuition via weekly teaching/coaching calls
  3. SOS is a fixed 12-month contract. All fees, including the one-off charge payable on registration, are non-refundable.
  4. The registration fee of £399 is payable by direct debit or credit card. Monthly fee of £299 is payable by direct debit a month in advance. Annual in advance fee is £3387. All fees are inclusive of VAT.
  5. Declined credit cards or insufficient funds from direct debit payments will incur a £25 service fee. In the event of a payment not being received access to all tuition and Q&A calls, and online forum will be removed.
  6. All five programmes will be posted to the participants chosen address within four weeks of registration. Registered participants are allowed access to the weekly tuition calls immediately upon payment of registration fee.
  7. Any faulty products will be replaced. Faulty products must be returned to SOS, Evolve Business Performance, Regus Business Centre, Central Boulevard, Blythe Valley Park, Solihull, B90 8AG
  8. Participants joining the process during a ten-week tuition of a certain programme will commence their 12 month process at the end of that programme. They may attend the weekly tuition calls for the existing programme study until the beginning of the following programme segment. For example, someone joining half way through Goal Achiever will commence their 12-month programme at the beginning of Winners Image that follows on from Goal Achiever.
